Abstract
In socialist construction, the national economy forms a large and complicated integral system. In order to administer the national economy properly, it is necessary not only to bring about equilibrium in individual plans, but also to achieve an integrated equilibrium among the various plans. The faster the national economy develops, the more important this work of integrated equilibrium becomes. The establishment of a sound system of integrated financial planning and the strengthening of an integrated equilibrium of funds constitute therefore an important subject in achieving integrated equilibrium in the national economy.
