Party Discipline and Party Democracy (USSR).

Abstract

The struggle to carry out the Seven Year Plan is at present the decisive factor of the life of the country. The entire activity of our Party is subordinated to this as well. In order successfully to resolve the complicated tasks of the period of extensive construction of Communism, there must be a high degree of organization and concentration in the Party ranks.
