Session of the General Assemblies of the Ukranian Academy of Agricultural Sciences - USSR

Abstract

A session of the General Assemblies of the Ukrainian Academy of Agricultural Sciences was held in Kiev, March 10-12, 1960. The session heard and discussed the following reports: P. A. Vlasyuk, president of the Ukrainian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Academician of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, of the Lenin Academy of Agriculture and the Ukrainian Academy of Agricultural Sciences on Resume of work of the Ukrainian Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 1959 and research goals for 1960 in carry ing out the decisions of the December Plenum of the Central Committee of the CPSU and the 21st Congress of the Ukrainian Communist Party; I. H. Zorin, corresponding member of the Ukrainian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, on ways to solve the feed problem in the Ukraine and objectives of scientific institutions; I. A. Danilenko, corresponding member of the Lenin Academy of Agriculture and the Ukrainian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, on "Ways to increase meat production in the Ukraine; L. M. Klets'kiy, academician of the Ukrainian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, on "Greater specialization as a means for expand ing Ukrainian agriculture."
