Janus Version 6.0 Tutorial

Abstract

A self-paced tutorial is presented using the Janus (version 6.0) high resolution combat model. Utilizing a scenario incorporating air, sea and land forces in a coordinated amphibious landing, the student is introduced to rudimentary use of the model. The goal is to become quickly familiar with the model and be able to construct a simple scenario. The tutorial is intended to be a first step which efficiently teaches the student basic model use.
