JPRS Report, Science & Technology, Japan, White Paper on Science & Technology 1991

Abstract

The White Paper consists of three Parts. In Part 1, we propose to study present circumstances in the light of aforementioned basic concept. Part 2 examines international comparisons of the state of science, and technology, and the present situation in Japan. Part 3 describes concrete measures which are introduced in accordance with the "General Guideline for Science and Technology Policy" which constitutes the fundamentals of policies of the Japanese Government regarding science and technology.
