Abstract

The report contains papers with a focus on quantum well structure of semiconductors, nonlinear optical effects of optical fibers and applications for Electrooptical devices. The report addresses the optical soliton which has become a recent topic of interest, focusing on how to realize it within the optical fibers as well as its applications. The report also comprises the area of microelectronics including Synchrotron Orbit Radiation (SOR) lithography used for 0.2 micron device.
