Section 22, Planning Assistance to States Program; Massachusetts Wetlands Restoration Study: Site Identification and Evaluation Report

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assist the Wetlands Restoration and Banking Program (MWRP) in developing a science based method for identifying potential restoration sites and functional deficits (water quality, flood storage, and habitat) in a watershed and screening the sites for the potential to meet those deficits. The study was conducted under the authority contained in the Section 22 Planning Assistance to States Program.
