Abstract

The C-1 is provided annually to the DoD oversight committees of the Congress coincident with the transmittal of the President's Budget. This document is also provided to OASD (PA) for use by non-DoD activities, and is available to the public on the Internet. For FY 1997 and FY 1998 the C-1 reflects appropriations "as enacted." It does not reflect transfers of budget authority or unobligated balances, nor proposed program supplements/deferrals.
