Agility Measures: Engineering Agile Systems

Abstract

This report is the product of work sponsored by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and managed by the U.S. Air Force's Manufacturing Technology Directorate. The objective of this project was to discover, understand and usefully describe formal, quantitative based metrics associated with agility in the virtual enterprise. These metrics are of the type that managers can use in making decisions.
