ANG/CEVR Installation Restoration Program Site 2 Removal Action Plan (RAP): State College Air National Guard Station

Abstract

The purpose of this design document is to present the removal action proposed for Site 2 (Sump/Dry Well of the Pennsylvania Air National Guard Station (PaANG) at State College in Pennsylvania. The removal action, as presented herein, will be undertaken by the PaANG. This design document provides information on the remediation goals, scope of operation, associated plans, and design drawings with specifications necessary for the implementation of this effort.
