Abstract

Inspector General, DoD, Report No. 95-048, "Contracting Practices for the Use and Operations of DoD-Sponsored Federally Funded Research and Development Centers," December 2, 1994, was published without management comments. The management comments were not received in time to be considered in preparing the final report. This addendum provides the management comments and our evaluation of those comments.
