Annual Industrial Capabilities Report to Congress

Abstract

Section 2504 of title 10 of the United States Code requires the Secretary of Defense to submit an annual report to the Committee on Armed Services of the Senate and the Committee on National Security of the House of Representatives, by March lst of each year. This report describes relevant internal guidance issued, the methods and analyses used to identify and address industrial capabilities issues, and each action taken to sustaln an essential "at risk" industrial capability.
