Abstract

The purpose of this research-proposal is to develop an autologous breast cancer vaccine whose immunogenicity we hypothesize will be significantly enhanced by the ectopic expression of the human T cell costimulatory molecule, B7-1. To accomplish this goal, several experiments were conducted.
