Prepared remarks by Robert L Marsh, chairman, President's Commission on Critical Infrastructure Protection, to the 20th National Information Systems Security Conference, Baltimore, Oct. 7, 1997. The main theme of the remarks was that the United States has worldwide milltary superiority, but it is approaching an age with threats that require new ways of thinking about America's vulnerabilities.
