Total Army Personnel Database Reliability Study.

Abstract

This study evaluates data from the Total Army Personnel Database (TAP-DB) which feeds the Enlisted Master File (EMF), with a three-fold purpose: (1) To determine the current state of the enlisted personnel management system. (2) To review any on-going initiatives to improve the overall reliability of the system. (3) To recommend future directions for improvements of the overall system.
