The NPARC Alliance: A Progress Report

Abstract

The Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC) and the NASA Lewis Research Center (LeRC) have formed an alliance aimed at developing, validating, and supporting a computational system called NPARC (National Project for Applications-oriented Research in CFD). The Alliance is supported by a responsive to an association made up of users from government, industry, and academic institutions. This paper provides an overview of the code's capabilities and discusses the history and progress of the Alliance to date.
