Radar Loop Gain Measurements

Abstract

This document proposes a single method to be used by all support ranges for determining C-band radar loop gain, permits uniformity for reported loop gain values, and allows for a direct performance capability comparison between like kinds of radars. A brief discussion of the derivation of the radar equation is presented.
