This decision document presents the rationale for the decision of no further remedial action, which is proposed for Site 10 (Low Level Radioactive Waste Disposal) at the Minnesota Air National Guard (ANG) 148th Fighter Wing (Base) located at the Duluth International Airport (DIA) in Duluth, Minnesota.
