Abstract

These are times of profound change. Geopolitical developments and domestic considerations require that our Army refine its vision, develop implementing concepts and structures, experiment, and change. The Army's core values, its unique character and competences are constant, however, the Army of the 21st century must be smaller, more efficient and more effective.
