Abstract

Under the direction of DoD, future Modeling and Simulation (M&S) efforts will be required to comply with the High Level Architecture (HLA) set forth by the Defense Modeling and Simulation Agency (DMSO). This document provides the fundamental guidelines associated with developing/transitioning advanced M&S concepts of the future as required by DoD.
