Evidence Study Guide (Revision).

Abstract

This study guide is a primary resource in the Naval Justice School Course in Military Evidence. The purpose of the Course is to enable military attorneys to provide professionally competent legal services in matters involving substantive and procedural matters. At the end of the course, the military attorney will be able ti develop correct legal analyses and solutions to evidence problems.
