Non-Lethal Weapons Activities at ICT

Abstract

The German definition of Nonlethal Weapons is a technical means whose intention is to obviate (prevent or stop) hostile operations without causing death or lasting injury to human beings. In addition, secondary effects caused by the use of those means to innocent people, property, and environment shall be minimized.
