Abstract

This technical report responds to the requirement of the ONR research grant to provide a final technical report upon completion of the grant. Section 2.0 summarizes the research proposed and that accomplished. Section 3.0 provides a listing of publications derived from the research, and Section 4.0 lists resultant presentations and demonstrations.
