A GUIDE DESIGNED BY THE AIR FORCE RESEARCH LABORATORY (AFRL) WRIGHT RESEARCH SITh (WRS) SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION (STINFO) OFFICE STAFF FOR PREPARERS OF AFRL WRS TECHNICAL REPORTS AND MEMORANDA. THE GUIDE CONTAINS PROCESS CHECKLISTS, HIGHLIGHTS BASIC DOD, ANSI-MSO AND AF REQUIREMENTS, AND PROVIDES SAMPLE NOTICE PAGES AND REPORT COVERS. GENERAL GUIDANCE, DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS AND PERTINENT INFORMATION FOR DISSEMINATING AND PRINTING TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS ARE ALSO ADDRESSED.
