HEMP Simulation Tests Final Test Report, Sanitized Version

Abstract

This report documents the results of the HEMP simulation tests conducted at the during May and June 1992. The following tests were performed: communications antennas were illuminated with CW fields and the field-to-antenna coupling transfer functions were measured.
