Joint Special Operations Targeting and Mission Planning Procedures

Abstract

This publication sets forth doctrine and selected tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) to govern the joint activities, and performance of the armed forces of the United States. It provides military guidance for the exercise of authority by commanders of combatant commands and other joint force commanders, prescribes doctrine for joint force commanders, and provides military guidance for use by armed forces in preparing their respective detailed plans.
