Religious Ministry Support for Joint Operations.

Abstract

This publication sets forth principles and doctrine for the conduct of joint religious ministry support activities by the Armed Forces of the United States. It also provides the following: guidelines for the joint employment of chaplains and enlisted religious support personnel, a basis for joint training of chaplains and enlisted religious support personnel, a basis for development of Service doctrine, techniques, and procedures, as required, an outline of the taskings of chaplains and Religious Ministry Support Teams, and instructional material that can be used by the Services' military education systems.
