Abstract

This Agreement is made by and between the National Air Traffic Controllers Association AFL-CIO (hereinafter "the Union"), and the Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Transportation (hereinafter "the Employer" or "the Agency"). The Union and the Agency are referred to collectively herein as "the Parties." The Table of contents shows the Articles of all the Agreements.
