Doctrine for Joint Interdiction Operations

Abstract

This publication provides the guidance necessary to conceptualize, plan, coordinate, and conduct successful joint interdiction operations throughout the range of military operations. Interdiction is "an action to divert, disrupt, delay, or destroy the enemy's surface military potential before it can be used effectively against friendly forces."
