High resolution Plasma diagnostics for High Power Microwave (HPM) Generation Research

Abstract

As proposed, we purchased the following three diagnostics systems: (1) Dual pulsed dye laser system, streak and framing camera and associated accessories. (2) Streak and framing camera and associated accessories. (3) Diagnostics and design of a long pulse (1 microsec) field emission electron gun with stable cross section for HPM sources.
