Pilot Study on the Pulsatile Component in Retinal Infrared Reflection.

Abstract

With a helmet mounted device for infrared monitoring of pupil size and retinal reflection, a pulsating component in the pupillary reflection signal could be detected by two independent means of analysis. It was concluded that the pulsating component was of circulatory origin.
