Secondary and Backscatter Electron Emission from Conductors.

Abstract

Reports the absolute secondary and backscatter electron yield cross section ?#/#! tor copper, aluminum, and carbon targets as a function of incident electron energy and angle. Reports the energy distribution of the secondary and backscatter electron as a function of emission angle ?#/(%.ev.sr) for the same target set.
