Multichannel Receiver Characterization for Adaptive Array Applications. Phase 4. Calibration Procedures/Tests

Abstract

This report described Phase IV of a multi-phase effort to develop an existing multichannel receiver into a multi-use bistatic testbed. It presents procedures developed for using the calibrated transponder in the radar cross section measurements of clutter and targets and using these procedures in the measurement of the local clutter environment.
