Development of a Stochastic Simulation Model of the Cost Effectiveness of Promoting Breast Cancer Screening

Abstract

During the fourth year of this project, the model's functionality was extended to include the simulation of populations of individuals from multiple birth cohorts. Integration of the model with a graphical Basic User Interface (BUI) was completed and more functionality was added to the model. Preliminary results were also produced, portions of model were validated, and the model was presented to four groups of scientists.
