Abstract

The purpose of this effort was to develop an execution plan for improving the strategic environment (SE) for the U.S. Army modeling and simulation (M&S) community. The plan's focus time frame is through the U.S. Government fiscal year (FY) 03. The study has used the definition of the SE from the DoD and Army Model and Simulation Master Plans.
