Resistive Sensor for Short HPM Pulse Measurement.

Abstract

This report results from a contract tasking Semiconductor Physics Institute as follows: The contractor will investigate the development of a resistive sensor for HPM pulse measurement. Contractor will work on improving the rise time of the sensor and optimizing the frequency response and will design and manufacture sensors as described in the proposal.
