Abstract
The report is organized into sections, with each section corresponding to a main Statement of Work heading and serving as a separate stand-alone document. The main objective of the report is to provide a useful synopsis of research projects or activities that are extensive enough to warrant a name. Accordingly, this report is not a comprehensive listing or journal of all of the activities performed under the Optical Radiation: Susceptibility and Countermeasures contract, as such a document would be largely unusable due to the scope and extent of the projects. For specifics, the project report or published articles should be read. A complete list of all written work, product deliverables, technical reports, journal publications, letters, etc., is included at the end of each section to serve as a guide for those desiring more detail than the synopsized descriptions in this document.
