CAA Annual Report Fiscal Year 1998.
Abstract
The fiscal year 1998 (FY 98) Annual Report profiles the Concepts Analysis Agency (now the Center for Army Analysis (CAA)) highlights key elements of FY 98 mission performance, presents the Center's current posture, describes CAA's direction for the near-term future, and serves as the historical record of FY 98 Center activities. This report is organized into seven major components starting with Chapter 1 which provides a snapshot of what happened last year; and secondarily, provides insights as to how CAA is positioned to meet the challenges of the future. Chapter 2 highlights major studies and analysis activities which occurred in FY 98. Chapter 3 is the total package of analytical summaries completed during FY 98. Chapter 4 contains a summary of CAA's technological resources and profiles how we are positioned to meet future woridoads. Chapter 5 is a report of stewardship of CAA's personnel and financial resources. A 5-year workload history is at Chapter 6, followed by several appendices.
