Guidance for Conducting Potable Water System Sanitary Surveys and Water Vulnerability Assessments

Abstract

This report provides guidance on how to conduct water vulnerability assessments and sanitary surveys. It includes a description of each type of survey, a checklist that can be modified for use at base level, and a sample report format. This report should be used along with other applicable reference material, by someone familiar with the water system being evaluated. The report is intended as guidance and should be modified to fit the specifics of the given application.
