Decision Support for Installations of the United States Army.

Abstract

This report is a follow on report to the Operations Research Center Technical Report No. FY92/91 - 1, Decision Support for Infrastructure Renewal in the United States Army. The needs analysis was done in the report mentioned above. There were several alternatives identified to fill the basic need, i.e., a detailed engineering technical assessment, a user's assessment, and a commander's assessment. For cost and other considerations, the Installation Status Report (ISR) has been developed to fill the need.
