Successful Management Practices.

Abstract

The purpose of this report is to document the successful management practices developed by the U.S. Army Program, Project, and Product Managers in implementing the Integrated Product and Process Management (IPPM) concept for primarily small systems. The information was gathered from surveys and interviews with PMs from 24 Army systems in various phases of the acquisition process. The intent of this report is to furnish the information accumulated during the survey and provide examples of successful management practices and/or benefits resulting from implementing the IPPM concept.
