Notice of Availability of a Final Environmental Impact Report for the Joint Intermodal Terminal Project, SCH#98012078, Oakland, Alameda County, California

Abstract

Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), notice is hereby given that a Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) has been prepared by the Port of Oakland (Port) for the proposed development of the Joint Intermodal Terminal (JIT) project ("Project), located in Oakland, Alameda County, California. This project is a component of the Port's proposed Vision 2000 Maritime Development Program. This FEIR is tiered from the program-level EIS/EIR certified in September 1997, by the Port that evaluated the overall Vision 2000 Maritime Development Program.
