Brief introduction to Midac AutoQuat (Trade Mark) Version 3.0.

Abstract

This report documents the implementation of version 3.0 of the commercially available AutoQuant(TRADEMARK) software package. Version 3.0 allows use of multiple alarms for individual compounds, temperature/pressure correction between sample/reference spectra, and a nonlinear analysis module to handle instrumental nonlinearities. This report discusses the procedures that are required for method development. This method development is reviewed for the target analyte ethanol. In addition, result discrepancies between processing raw interferograms in MDGrams 32 compared to AutoQuant(TRADEMARK) are shown.
