Abstract

The goal of this study was to define maximally efficient staffing ratios between healthcare providers (e.g. physicians, physician assistants. and nurse practitioners) and suppon personnel (e.g. nurses. technicians. and others) in the peacetime healthcare delivery mission of the AMEDD.
