Tons, Time and Turf

Abstract

Some mobility models display saturation at an airfield by allowing only a predetermined daily number of airlift missions or tons to arrive there. This paper attempts to refine this technique by portraying arrivals as normalized to the payloads, ground times, and ramp space associated with the C-13O aircraft.
