Improvements to the Automated Real-Time Tidal Elevation System (ARTTES)

Abstract

The purpose of this Technical Note describes an innovative approach for improving user access to the Automated Real-Time Tidal Elevation System (ARTTES) during inclement weather. The approach is based on statistical properties determined by the system in response to local weather conditions.
