User's Instructions for the Computer Program PLSTR as Modifier by AFFDL/FBC.

Abstract

PLSTR was written by Dr R. S. Sandhu of the Ohio State University. The coding was based upon the earlier work by Professor Wilson of the University of California at Berkley, but modifications were made to improve the program's efficiency. The present version in use by AFFDL/ FBC includes modifications by Mr T. J. Nuha to account for orthotropic materials and to permit the output of either maximum and minimum stresses or strains.
