Abstract

The purpose of this special issue is to describe military operations research techniques which have been successfully used to evaluate future R&D concepts and to propose improvements to military R&D concept evaluation techniques. The Military Operations Research Society is a professional society incorporated under the laws of Virginia. The Society conducts a classified symposium and several other meetings annually.
