Preparation of the Air Force Segments of the Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System for the Year 2000

Abstract

Our overall audit objective was to determine whether planning and management activities are adequate to ensure that the Air Force segments of the Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System will operate effectively in the year 2000. Specifically, the audit determined whether the process used for the Air Force segments of the Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System complied with the guidance in the DoD Year 2000 Management Plan.
