Computer Security for the Defense Civilian Pay System

Abstract

The primary audit objective was to determine whether security software controls over the Defense Civilian Pay System adequately safeguarded the data integrity of employee payroll records. The review of the management control program applicable to the other stated audit objective will be discussed as part of a later report.
